Delete your Squirmy account

1. From the game

Open Squirmy, go to Options → Account and tap “Delete my data and account”. You will have to confirm twice. Deletion is immediate: the game then closes and, when you open it again, you start from scratch with a new account. This option will arrive in an upcoming version of the game; until then, use point 2.

2. Without the game installed

Write to apps.yogo@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Squirmy account” and tell us your player name and your player code (both appear in Profile), or the Google email you linked. We will delete everything within 30 days at most and confirm it by email.

3. What is deleted

Your game and your progress (worlds, levels, stars, coins, diamonds, boosters, energy, collection and challenges), your profile (nickname, avatar, frame and showcase), the reservation of your nickname and of your player code, your statistics and settings, and the account itself (guest or linked to Google). On the phone, the saved game is deleted; your chosen language is kept.

4. What is not deleted

Data that identifies no one, such as the game language and other technical data stored on your phone.

5. Purchases

When you delete your account you lose the content you bought, and purchases made with real money are not refunded. Refunds are handled by the store (Google Play or App Store) under its own rules.
