1. Who offers the game

Squirmy is offered by Apps YoGo. Contact: apps.yogo@gmail.com.

2. What Squirmy is

A worm puzzle game for Android phones and tablets (and iOS when available).

3. Requirements

You must be 13 years or older to use Squirmy. If you are younger, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Your account

Squirmy creates an anonymous account on your device to save your game. You are responsible for activity on your device. Later you will be able to link a Google account to recover your game on another device.

5. Permitted use

• You may play, save your progress and share it as the game allows.
• You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game, or try to bypass its saving or security mechanisms.
• You may not use the game to attack other players or the service, or manipulate your game in a way that affects others.

6. Purchases and ads

If the game offers in-app purchases, they are governed by the store where you make them (Google Play). If the game shows ads, they are also governed by the privacy policy and your advertising settings.

7. Intellectual property

Squirmy, its design, graphics, sounds and code belong to Apps YoGo or its licensors. Third-party licences are shown in the game (Options → Licences).

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep the game running, but there may be interruptions, updates or changes to features. You can keep playing offline; your progress syncs when the connection returns.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account and data at any time by writing to apps.yogo@gmail.com. Later you will also be able to do it from the game, under Options → Delete my data and account.

10. Warranties and liability

The game is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apps YoGo is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from use of the game, without prejudice to rights that consumer law grants you.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

The law of the country where the service provider is based applies, and its competent courts, without prejudice to consumer rights in your place of residence.
